I just checked in for a flight with a friend. We’re on different reservations but bought the same ticket and fare class. He was presented with an upgrade offer to business for 499 €. I was presented with the same business upgrade offer 1829 €. We checked in at exactly the same time.
Is this typical of AF? I’m a bit taken aback
at being treated differently and would like to know why.
