The map in the video gets several UA hubs circled in blue pen. But it felt the focus was on EWR

BKO Mali (yea.. ok maybe?)

BKK Thailand (this is my front runner)
BGF Bangui (a former refugee camp in 2017... now run by the UN)
Side note.... um could have just been a tricky camera angle, but the guy at his kitchen table with white headphones, dressed business on the top, but casual on the bottom seemed to have been in... an ... um "excited" state under the table
