Well the virus didn't kick in until Q1 2020, so theoretically everyone should've flown 1/2 the journey already.

I will agree it's 1.8 yrs and this thread is still live is an amazing anomoly of itself .

As for headache, imagine if this was a BA/AF/LH/LX as the issuing carrier, cringe
I would even say BLQ-HKG is (which I also bought) more of a scheduling quagmire than this CX ticket.
