On an A320NEO, they apparently have two open lavs. On a four hour flight, that means that each passenger has access to the lav for 2 minutes and 45 seconds. That's enough to switch masks twice if you're doing it right and doing it quick, and if none of the passengers need to do a number one or number two. But in real life, people need to do a number one and number two once in a while. Two minutes and 40 seconds means that there's absolutely no time for anybody to properly change a mask even once on a flight. There's hardly enough time for the digestive needs.

In a more realistic scenario, where people need to actually use the toilet, and where people need to change their masks once every hour, and where each change takes two minutes, you would need at least 10 lavatories on an A320 or a 737 to be able to do it in the right way.
