Dont think it matters in the context of this conversation, although i guess you could ask to be RE-ROUTED if BA cancel your flight and you are in one of the countries listed. Also I am not sure of the exact rules, but the UK gov dont care about your passport, just where you have been in the last 14 days, i assume most governments would be the same.
