In summary, if I've got this right

- You will need a negative PCR test before you get on the aircraft in LHR
- You will need to complete a Health Declaration Form either prior to boarding or onboard
- You may be selected for additional PCR testing upon arrival and will have to self-isolate pending results
- You are required to download the UAE government Covid-19 tracing app
- You will need another negative PCR test before the return flight to the UK
- You're not supposed to turn up at DXB more than 4 hours before your return flight
- Mask and gloves are meant to be worn whilst in DXB airport
- Other random limitations could be introduced at any time!
