I tried casing the space: it's the room behind the "Discover Arizona" shop and next to the bathrooms at E5. on the PHX terminal map it's the darker grey space. The area is key-controlled for security ("authorized personnel") and looks...decently sized. Not going to be huge, but probably adequate. So hopefully we get something as pretty as SAN since, like there, it's not going to be overly large. Better food than SAN would be nice too but,well...
