I received an email stating the free night certificate issued in 2020 (after meeting the $15000 spend) will have a 2 years validity and can be used any time of the week.

If I meet my spending threshold near the end of the year, will my certificate still qualify for the above benefit? Technically I earned the certificate in 2020 but it is not issued until 2021.

If not and if I still want this certificate, I will have to meet the threshold spending by October which will cut my spending window by 2 months+ (I was told it would take 8 to 12 weeks to receive the certificate code). So, is it still worthwhile to pursue this benefit?
