Does anyone know if there's an optimal hour to call 1-877-767-7970? I'm based in Canada and trying to cancel my reward flight. I've called twice and it connects right away to someone, but it looks like it was diverted to another department. They just tell me to call the same 1-877 number, which was what I originally dialed.

Trying to do the same as you, currently on hold after calling 1-877-767-7970
The number in the email I got for one of my PNRs that had a cancelled segment (1-800-247-9297) just has a pre-recorded message that tells you to call the 877 number, and then hangs up.
