For SEA, it's definitely the SEA-ORD fares. $199 for 225% EQM (175%+50% bonus) = over 7700 EQM per round trip. So knock out MVPG in 5-6 round-trips, 75k in 10, for the cost of $400 per round trip... and probably you get oneworld Sapphire or Emerald for 2021 to boot.
