Hello. I've just upgraded my blue AMEX BA card to Platinum Plus in order to trigger the companion voucher. My spend was already over £10k (but under £20k). Just had the voucher added to my BA account, but its valid for 12 months (+6) rather than 24 months (+6) that I thought it should be valid.
Am I right, it should be valid 24 months? And if so, should it be BA or AMEX that needs to sort this?
