It really gets time that SWISS will open at least one lounge at ZRH, during the lunch peak today for instance you had to wait for 15 minutes or so to enter to Aspire Lounge.
Why would anyone wait even five minutes to get a free drink in sub-optimal conditions?
There are comfortable places to park oneself in and around the concourse: some might even have refreshments available, in exchange for a modest payment ......
