T4 (main) has a dedicated non-Schengen section, typically only used by IB flights to the UK, Ireland & Croatia (and Aer Lingus, I guess?). A couple gates over there are also capable of handling widebody aircraft, and that's where all non-Schengen flights have been departing from since mid-March.
