I've had a handful of stays over the last month and haven't felt concerned really.
I bring Clorox/Lysol wipes and a mini travel-size bottle of Lysol with me and do a 5-10 minute pass through the room sanitizing any surfaces I will be touching during the stay. No clue if it does anything or not but it makes me at least feel like its my domain for the time I'm there.
