For non-category in-person spend I use Altitude Reserve, which gives 4.5% cashback equivalent. For online I use either AT&T Access More card for 3x TYP or Rakuten card for 3x MR. If those doesn't work, I use either Amex BBP for 2x MR, Citi DC for 2x TYP, or one grandfathered card, which gives 3.33% effective cashback.
