I went through this ordeal for my Canadian citizenship application two years ago.

The issue with that is going to be that they'll only have your country-entries, but not your exits, which you'll have to fill out manually in each case anyway. Don't know if they'll be requestable.

So yes - I had to list all my trips and then at my interview they compared the immigration printout to all the trips I had taken and asked about any missing one (I had forgotten one road trip), as well as some of the rapid re-entry ones (e.g. enter the country on July 5th and then on the 6th again, what happened there, etc.).
