AA's meat of the business is to fly 343,000 lbs metal tubes, which have a 48,000 gallons fuel tank that is burnt in order to be able to fly from point A to point B.

Flying means being cramped in a metal tube for hours, not matter how many MBA's in their 20s you bring in to innovate.
