The basic problem here is that DL and the other airlines had to shrink quickly. The forecasting models are basically useless at this point and it's more like starting a brand new airline. So, over the next few months, it's going to get real dicey in terms of bookings/overbookings and so forth. There is no history to account for something like this, particularly with different places opening at different times.
