Don’t need a source other than track the cases and deaths. Even if the US removed restrictions it would not be reciprocal because other countries don’t trust the US to have COVID under control. They don’t want to risk irresponsible visitors who can reignite the spread. And there’s uncertainty about a return in the fall along with the regular flu. So the only sure way for reopened borders to return is having a vaccine.
