I don't monitor domestic upgrade space closely but that makes a lot of sense. Automated processes were paused because the historical booking data isn't accurate anymore.
I hope this is just a temporary measure so they can adjust their models but from what I read on this forum, Kirby is an expert on alienating loyal customers and I wouldn't be surprised if this is another "enhancement".
