Welcome to the new BA fleet: confirmed news and information on aircraft deliveries, refurbishment, and retirements thread. The purpose of this thread is to allow us to track developments concerning the British Airways aircraft fleet based at London Heathrow and London Gatwick as well as the BA CityFlyer fleet based at London City and Edinburgh airports, and is a continuation of the popular
BA Fleet : New aircraft arrivals and retirements master tracker
thread.
We'd like to reserve this thread for known, confirmed updates but as many of you enjoy discussing this topic in speculative terms, we've set up a sister thread to cater for this need which you can follow
here
Please follow the wiki post attached to this thread to track the latest developments and status of the fleet. For illustrative purposes, a brief summary of the fleet is provided below, listed from the dinky and beautifully proportioned A318 to the gargantuan A380.
