There are currently very good Z fares to the US in business class - all between €1100 and €1400. They book in ZS1VCMNB, and can be changed but not refunded. These fares are on sale until 31 May.
Does anyone know the chances that changing the dates later on will likely incur in a high fare difference, even if the new dates still book in a Z fare?

According to the KLM website:
If you stick to a flight with Z availibility (and respect the other rules of your ticket: travel restriction, adv purchased etc...), I would say yes but only before flight departure in case your flight is not cancelled.
But according to this, there might be one if you are in case C
