Has anyone recently been able to get a U,P,T Flex fare upgraded using a coupon?
Yesterday I called Aegean, but still haven't received the new e-ticket - which I usually received within hours in the past. The last time that I didn't receive one (after provisionally being booked into Business), they eventually told me that bookings into S fare using the 'zero charges' policy were not eligible for upgrade. Now I am a bit suspicious that they are going to change the policy - i.e. no U, P, T upgrades in Flex either.
EDIT (85 minutes later): Panic over, after chasing them up on Twitter this morning, e-ticket issued minutes later. So at least it's a data point that U,P,T Flex are still eligible.
