While I wish it was different, I can handle the clunky covid cancellation policy, in fact most hotels I dealt with have been more than accommodating and went above and beyond the Accor corporate rules so I have nothing to complain about. However for loyalty of the program, individual hotels cannot do anything and it's entirely up to Accor. I would rank them
#1 of all my hotel chains in the covid situation.
