There was some discussion that the prefectural level tournaments might go ahead , as those decisions are up to each prefectural government. I hope it is do-able to at least let the kids play their tournament at the prefectural level. Lot's can happen, and hopefully positively ! Hopefully the kids can get back to school soon, it would put some needed normalcy back in all our lives.
