I had used them and now they're re-issued as new vouchers

Might be good to know that my flights were cancelled by KL first, before they got re-issued. Also, when I called the PSL, the agent was a bit surprised how the payment structure to my ticket was, as I had used 2 vouchers and paid a bit of money on top of that (for 2 people). It seemed it was not quite straight fwd for the agent to re-issue as a voucher (either system, policy or both), but my guess is the PSL agent went the 'extra mile'
