Booked tix for my family of 4 on May 1 for travel in Dec. I booked through Chase UR portal.

First question, how many free changes do I get? Current waiver page looks like I only get 1.

Second, can I cancel this itinerary and rebook same dates now that fares are cheaper? We'd all net an eVoucher for the difference.
