My partner was bowled over today to discover a BA Lounge that was open.... at Harefield Hospital.
Some BA crew have arranged, set up and are staffing a lounge for the staff at Harefield who like many others have had a pretty full on time of things recently as a specialist Heart and Lung hospital. My partner was working at Harefield today (not their usual hospital) providing additional cover for the regular staff who need some time off and was delighted to find this facility. No lounge dragon on the door and no need to present their silver card, a welcoming smile with table service and some lovely BA staff who were very happy to sit and have a chat. Although it might not have a kerb appeal of the concord room, it's the thought, time and effort that counts. BA have some real gems in their team.
