They lived through the pay cut/firing/bankruptcy years. The younger ones tend to sit on their butt with smugness that the government is going to guarantee them a paycheck. They are in for a very, very rude awakening. They will be the first to go in October, if not before, and it might be years, if ever, they have an opportunity to work in the industry again. Remember LAA didn't hire new FAs for something like near 10 years.
Interesting to hear this since pre-WuhanCoronaCovidEtCetera my experience (yes others may vary) was largely the opposite - lAAziness came mostly from the more seasoned crews.
