All I can say is Wow, so many trust the Hotels (owners) I dont unless its a Corporate owned Hotel or I know the Francisee is extremely solvent and willing to pay (and lose $$) to make sure the Hotel is kept up. Otherwise I can see many a franchisee owing $$$$ on its Hotels and looking to keep costs to a bare min.
