The mention of JBA airlines--is that referring to joint ventures, like JAL, etc.? I guess CX is not that, but just a oneworld partner? I'll give AA another call and see what they say. Any tips on what to say when the frontline agent says "there's no space available" even though I know there are plenty of seats left in J/C/D?
