I'm surprised that Hyatt is not offering a bigger deal. 30%? No way am I interested in buying at that price.
This promo was likely already planned from February and announced to some in early March to start I believe at the end of March.

Another interesting tidbit -

I just got a reservation change notice for a December Points reservation which I thought was strange as I didn’t make any changes. So I reached out to Hyatt via Twitter to see what exactly the change had been. They advised it was a change to the amount of reimbursement to to the property for my points booking.
