Seat Selection 'Not Eligible'
I have a weird issue on two separate PNRs for the same flight in the same class. I had my award ticket booked awhile ago, and seats have already been selected. I booked my travel companion the same ticket recently (separate PNR) and when I go to select seats, I get a notice under the 'Seat' area in My Booking as 'Not Eligible'. I went back to my itinerary and when I try to change my seat selection, I just get an information pop out on my current seat selection (i.e Aisle Seat). I have checked the seatmap and there are open seats available etc. What is the issue?
I was able to change my seat on a different JL flight that is a few days earlier than this flight, which is the same booking class.
