I'm sorry I forgot to update this (pre-Covid drama) that on maybe my 5th phone call to VS reservations, I got an agent who was like, "WE inititated this schedule change, so I will fix this." She took about 20-30 minutes to work on it, but in the end she'd found me space in "I" class (instead of the previous "Z" class) for both MSP-LHR and LHR-DEL.
All was done.
It's for July 11th, so unlikely to be going anyway, but at least there was a happy ending for this schedule change!
