Did you have status with SLH before going there? If so I would be disappointed about the lack of one-category upgrade which is modest to begin with. Also did you have a rate which included breakfast? If they limit it to cold breakfast for Inspired or Indulged tiers, that is quite stingy.
I don't have much interest for this property in Hua Hin but I am considering Aleenta in Phuket so your experience is of interest.
