Changing a partially-flown award - suggestions?
My parents already flew the CX segments in the award but their AS segments to Hawaii got canceled.
AS agent suggested canceling the reservation to get all the miles back. Really?
I asked about changing the Hawaii flights to a later date and the agent suggested my parents could apply 40k miles (cost of F saver award to Hawaii) to any flight available with miles.
Confused. What to do?
