this is a nice update! one thing to note though is that it replaced the old waiver policy that allowed rebookings without fare top ups as long as the destination and fare class is the same. guessing this bonus credit is the substitute for that now, so this is good if your rebooked itinerary costs exactly the same as your old itinerary or if the fare top up is less than the bonus credit. But the refund option is a welcome addition!
