Going in on the Activity page website using Firefox there is a "Date Range" box that has a drop down that offers All, Past 6 Months, Past 12 Months, Future 6 Months and Future 12 Months as options. Below that box there is text that states: "We can show up to 12 months of past activity." That is most likely the cause of your issue. On Stay section of the iOS app there is text at the end of "Past Stays" that states "Past Stays are kept for one year".

Using the All or Past 12 Months, I can see back to a stay from last May. Same on the App.
