Thank you susiesan! As I have done every morning for two weeks, I tried earlier today to cancel some award tickets and they still tried to charge me $50. After reading your post I just tried again and noticed for the first time the following wording 'As a valued premier member no fee applies', and I was able to cancel two of the three reservations without a fee (the third one said 'Your refund requires special attention, Please call us....' I'll try again later)
