Apologies if this has been addressed earlier, but I haven't seen it.........
I finally go an email that my flights to and from AGP in April are cancelled. in MMB it says, quite rightly, that I can apply for a complete refund. However if I apply online, I can only get vouchers. But as BA cancelled the flights I am entitled to cash/avios fully refunded. BA suggest that the only way I can do this is by ringing in!! So adding to the many thousands trying to get through to what must be a much pressurised front line team. Why do this, it just adds to the operational bottleneck, or is it just a sly approach that most people will go the easy option and get vouchers (less impacting on BA's financial figures). How can I get the full refund without having to wait on hold for hours?
