Hawaii Hilton Quarantine for COVID19

Fyi, whether you're headed to Hilton Hawaiian Village on Oahu, Hilton Waikoloa Village on Hawaii, Grand Wailea on Maui, or any other Hilton family property, a 14 day mandatory quarantine kicks in for guests arriving on Thursday or beyond into May anywhere in Hawaii.

You're not allowed to leave your room for any reason other than a medical emergency. You are not permitted to go to resort pools, beaches, or restaurants (if they're even open.) If you leave your room for a non-medical emergency, you're subject to a penalty up to 1 year in jail and/or $5,000 fine. After 14 days, you need to shelter in place and avoid groups 10 or more. In size.

Clearly, Hawaii doesn't want tourists. Today the governor begged guests to leave the islands while announcing a statewide shelter-in-place order.
