Booking cancelled with just one click
Hi!
I was browsing my upcoming June flight with AC within the AC app. I wanted to see if I had any options to change the booking.
I might have hit the cancel button by accident instead of the change button. I am not so sure about this.
Anyways, without any warning or confirmation my booking has been cancelled within a second.
What can I do about this? This was a 2 pax business flight from Europe. The stated refund is $0.
Any ideas?
