You won't likely get a cash refund. Travel Bank is like a credit towards a future VA flight.
Unfortunately the airlines don't have enough cash to refund 3 full months of tickets for everyone. Travel insurance is your only option.
I have travel insurance for my upcoming flights with VA, amongst other things. The insurance carrier has completely washed their hands of this situation and will provide no coverage whatsoever, unless we actually contract Coronavirus.
