If I logon it tells me it's been cancelled and not suspended. Hopefully they did not accidentally hit the revoke button. I guess I'll find out in a month or two when I try and get a new one
I rang up the GGL line who managed to get the ticket cancelled there and then (apparently it had not been touched despite the email two days ago to say it had) and a full refund to make sure I was not marked as a No Show.

Correction the wording on the site is "Application Expired"
