Is it accepted that all flights cancelled are not subject to EU261 then? I think there are many arguments to say that it should, just interested if that's been established or of BA have just made the decision that this is how they're interpreting it.

(For the record, I don't think that I would claim on this one, even if it was eligible as BA and the wider industry have enough to deal with and I rather they cancel some flights than fly essentially empty planes around)
