I am holding saver award tickets for PHL-ORD-BRU and BRU-ORD-PHL for late in April. Today, two things happened. First, I was rerouted PHL-ORD-EWR-BRU and BRU-EWR-ORD-PHL and the event I was planning to attend was cancelled due to coronavirus. I have not accepted the changes in schedule. If I do not accept the change and cancel the reservation online is there a chance the redeposit fees will be waived? Or, is this one of those situations for which I should call? Thanks.
