Advice on changing policy
My sister currently lives in LA and has and booked a flight in Jan due to depart on 25th March to return to London for 2 weeks booked through skyscanner it is a BA ticket operated by AA. She has chronic health issues so it very worried with the ongoing situation she has tried to call both ba & aa and has been quoted $1000+ to change her booking and has since been as she booked through a 3rd party it is their responsibility. As a family we are worried for her as the US situation is so unstable.
I have read the changing policy but cant seem to find a clear answer. As her flight was booked back in Jan and departs from US what are her options. Thanks in advance
