UA Award tkt change/cancellation/redeposit/fees Q&As {Archive}
I'm a plat with a trip in April that now should be cancelled due to coronavirus. For the outbound leg, I'm waitlisted for a mileage upgrade award. For the return leg, there has already been a schedule change by 3 hours.
First, is there any way to get the mileage upgrade award redeposit without fee? Or hold that for a different trip in the future?
