Quick question on AF/KL call center in Europe for DL elites
I have a bunch of AF-KL eco tickets (mostly 057, one 074 stock; flights are on AF and KL metal) which I need to cancel/change. I'm not getting through the general AF-KL help line (+49 69 29993770).
Question: As a PM, can I call up a different number? I am aware of the phone no. DL provides for its own customers. And I know that call center is operated by AF-KL. But will they handle 057/074 tickets without DL flights in the itinerary?
