So I called DL and got an agent within 10 minutes. She said the site has been acting crazy all day and put the entire amount I had paid back in my DL wallet.
So if I click the Request Refund, it will show me a page on what will be refunded and what will be charged? I'm scared to click it and everything will be final without knowing what is what. With the entire amount back in your DL wallet, does that mean you have to use that up within 12 months of the original booking date?
